You will not want to miss this one night only pop-up dinner from exciting New York City chef Aaron Taber. Originally from Nevada City, Chef Taber has been received with critical acclaim for his food at Grindhaus, and was named in Zagats 30 Under 30 Rock Stars Redefining the Industry New York Chef List. His newest project is a vegetable forward wood-fired restaurant in New York, which we think is a perfect complement to the food we make at Three Forks.
"(Aaron Taber) makes the kind of earnest, fashionably austere, handsomely arranged food that is signified on menus by sans-serif lists of ingredients, with no capital letters, verbs, articles or hint of how one thing may relate to the next. In some restaurants, they dont relate. At Grindhaus, they do", wrote Pete Wells of The New York Times after tasting Tabers seared foie gras with ripe strawberries in warm strawberry-rhubarb juice.
